About
Lillian has journeyed along many of those “roads less travelled” which has enabled her as a Professional Life Coach, to help her clients overcome huge obstacles and turn their challenges into opportunities for success. For many years, Lillian was a teacher for special needs teen-agers. She started a Black Light theater group with her students who gave performances throughout the school board. Additionally, Lillian taught at the university level; lived and worked on a small, self-sustaining farm; wrote and published a vegetarian cookbook.
Lillian's teaching career came to an unexpected end as she gradually lost her eyesight. Shortly thereafter, she enrolled at the Institute for Life Coach Training and became a certified life coach. She is now an ILCT faculty member.
Lillian uses a strengths-based, solutions focused approach to guide her clients onto the path that will lead them to their desired destination. She helps them leverage their strengths and existing resources which can lead to lasting, positive change.
Lillian has continued to add to her skill set having taken courses in Positive Psychology and a number of coaching modalities.
Currently, Lillian is leading courses in the Art and Science of Possibility at Ryerson University’s G. Raymond Chang School for Continuing Education.
